Terms Of USe AUTHORIZATION

By using this platform or any platform using this technology you understand and agree to the following:

(a) I have read, understand, and fully agree to all of the contents of this Terms Of Use Authorization, including, but not limited to the Terms Of Service.

(b) I am the authorized user of the Payment Card (Visa or Mastercard).

(c) I authorize the software platform being used to charge my Payment Card for the purpose of loading a Prepaid Account Digital Stored Value Account and transferring at my request.

(d) I understand that the software platform is only acting as the payment processor and agent of payee in this transaction and that the software platform will not hold or remit your funds.

(e) I understand that the Payment Card information will NOT be saved to file for any future loads/deposits.

(f) I also agree that any future Prepaid Account loads will require a new Authorization to process such load transactions on your behalf.
